Professor
Anthony Cronce
Head Coach
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt - 1st Degree
Anthony began his grappling journey at five years old in New Jersey, spending his childhood winters on the wrestling mats. In high school, he wrestled two years as a member of the Blair Academy National Championship Wrestling Team, followed by two years wrestling at Phillipsburg High School where he captured a Group IV State Championship. He went on to compete at the NCAA Division I level for Drexel University in Philadelphia while completing his degree in Business and Engineering with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
In 2015, Anthony expanded his grappling foundation into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the instruction of Jared Weiner in Philadelphia. In December 2020, Anthony stood atop the podium as the IBJJF Masters World Champion and was awarded his Black Belt by his long time mentor, fifth degree Black Belt and 11 time World Champion Rafael "Formiga" Barbosa. Professor Formiga continues to coach Anthony today and co-owns the Double Five Affiliation. Grappling is truly a family affair for Anthony, as his wife Samantha and their son Nico both train in the mats at Eclipse as well.
As head coach, Anthony leads a dedicated team of expert instructors who share a unified vision for Eclipse BJJ. Together, our team delivers high quality grappling instruction to the North Texas and Denton County community. We are especially proud of our Kids Program, where our coaches uniquely integrate authentic wrestling athleticism and takedowns with world class Jiu-Jitsu ground defense and submissions.
Our goal goes far beyond technical mastery and fitness. we are committed to helping every student build confidence, forge lifelong relationships, and develop the mental strength to become the best version of themselves both on and off the mats.
At the Black Belt level, Anthony’s competition accomplishments include:
IBJJF No-Gi World Champion
2X IBJJF No-Gi Pan-American Champion
IBJJF No-Gi World Bronze Medalist
IBJJF Pan-American Bronze Medalist
#1 Ranked Grappler at Heavyweight (M2) in the 2023 and 2024 Seasons
Professor
Kelley Wilson
Coach
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt
Taekwondo Black Belt - Third Degree
Originally from Mableton, Georgia, Kelley began his martial arts journey at the age of 7. Through years of dedication and discipline, he earned his 3rd degree Black Belt in Taekwondo by the age of 15. This is where Coach Kelley’s passion for teaching, especially younger martial artists, began to take place.
In 2015, Kelley moved to Texas and continued to grow both personally and professionally. Aside from his dedication to Jiu-Jitsu, he is also a Law Enforcement Officer as his profession. In 2019, Kelley discovered a passion for Jiu-Jitsu while living in Flower Mound, TX. His journey took a meaningful turn in 2023 when signing up at the Eclipse as a purple belt. Since then, Eclipse has become more than a team of athletes —it’s been a home.
In 2026, Coach Kelley was promoted to Black Belt and has competed in multiple local tournaments at the brown and black belt levels in addition to helping with Kids Classes at Eclipse before his role as a coach . His ability to push his limits and encourage others around him is inspiring given his busy schedule as a husband, father, and an integral part of the Eclipse Community.
