Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
The BJJ program at Eclipse Academy is the foundation of our curriculum. Techniques in this class will be taught for all student levels that attend whether it is your first day or an experienced BJJ Black Belt. We pride ourselves on focusing on the fundamentals while also keeping up-to-date with newer techniques which have evolved since the inception of BJJ. There will be no shortage of techniques to learn from and all classes will have a mixture of a warm-up, technique/drills, and live rolling.

Adults No-Gi BJJ/Wrestling
No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling are excellent cornerstones of the grappling arts to create a style that is well-rounded which is what we like to see from all of our students. In addition to the fundamentals, there are a variety of other positions and techniques which are not typically taught in the BJJ curriculum. It is important for anyone looking to Eclipse for Self-Defense to have an understanding of techniques on your feet in the event you are unable to disengage from a confrontation. Our instructors have experience both teaching and competing at the highest level of both No-Gi as well as Wrestling.
Kids Program (Ages 4-10)
Our Kids Program at Eclipse academy is where (we hope) most journeys start. The focus of the curriculum for the Kids Program will be on fundamentals, physical conditioning, and communication skills to assist our youngest teammates help them develop assets to make them excel in the academy, at school, and at home.
There is no time too early to start learning!
Big Kids Program ( Ages 8 and Up)
Our Teens Curriculum at Eclipse teaches the Kids fundamentals AND expand upon the techniques that students learn in the Kids Class. As Kids grow into the Teenage group, there are also more submissions that are permitted in order to assure that they are prepared to join the Adults Class when the time comes.
Kids Wrestling (6-16)
The wrestling program at Eclipse Kids focuses on developing fundamental grappling skills in a safe and supportive environment. Designed for young athletes, the program introduces participants to the basic techniques of wrestling while emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and respect. Coaches prioritize age-appropriate instruction, ensuring that each child can progress at their own pace.
Participants engage in various drills that enhance their strength, agility, and coordination, along with learning essential moves and strategies. The program also encourages personal growth, fostering confidence and resilience in each student. Through regular practices and friendly competitions, children not only build their wrestling skills but also gain valuable life lessons in sportsmanship and perseverance. Overall, the wrestling program at Eclipse Kids serves as a foundational step for those interested in grappling sports, promoting both physical fitness and character development.
Homeschool Program
Our homeschool program is for our students that train with us full-time as well as those co-ops or parents looking for an activity that focuses on confidence, discipline and teamwork. We offer this class twice a week and are focused physically around coordination, strength and drills/skills to improve overall athleticism.
Women-Only BJJ Program
At Eclipse BJJ, we are dedicated to cultivating strong and confident girls and women through our Women’s program. Our curriculum is designed to integrate both Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense techniques, ensuring that participants feel empowered in their abilities. Additionally, we offer small-class strength and conditioning sessions that emphasize Jiu-Jitsu-based movements and weightlifting programming to compliment improvements on the mats.
